Malibu Signature at Novar Gardens

A new Malibu Signature Series pool for a backyard in Novar Gardens. The main sewer line and the main water supply both ran through the pool location, so both were diverted around the pool as variations to the build: the sewer line with two branch pickups, and the water supply together with the garden tap.

Installation started on a Monday and the pool was ready for coping and wet lay paving on the Friday, with the sewer and water diversions completed within the same schedule. Adelaide Hybrid Pools is licensed to build pools, is a licensed plumbing contractor and is licensed for residential building work up to three storeys, so site challenges like these are handled by the same team.

The pool sits on a concrete bond beam with additional concrete underlay for the wet lay Stonecraft paving. Filtration, heating and the Mineral X system are housed in an acoustic box on a concrete slab beside the house.
